Verbal or physical abuse to any member of staff or management will not be tolerated.

Daily checks must be carried out – engine oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, fuel level, wheel nuts, tyre pressure , brakes and hand brake

Stop machine if any warning light or alarm sounds and inform Longford Hire immediately.

Damage caused by neglect will be charged to the Hirer.

Any damage done to machines i.e. broken glass etc is chargeable to the Hirer.

A cleaning charge will be charged to the Hirer to any plant returned in a dirty condition.

It is the Hirer responsibility to insure the equipment or plant on hire to them.

It is the Hirer responsibility to confirm off hire dates via email info@longfordhire.ie

Damage to tyres and all punctures is the responsibility of the Hirer.

Delivery, collection and fuel are additional cost to the hire of any item.

Deposit required for hire of plant by all Non -Account Holders.

Only a qualified operator/driver should operate/drive Longford Hire machines while on hire.

Hirer must use appropriate PPE for machine / tool been used.

Safety gear should be worn while using our machine/tools – hi-vis. jacket, gloves, eyes and ear protection, masks for dust, safety footwear and harness working at heights.

If the Hirer is not happy with the machine, they must notify Longford Hire immediately or return the machine.

2% interest will be applied on any overdue invoices – account and non-account invoices
